gta99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gta99 ("gta99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gta99 online gaming platform accessible at gta99.club, including all content, features, games and services offered thereon. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors and registered account holders.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you are of legal age, that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. • You are registering and playing for your own personal account and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other individual or legal entity.
• You are not a professional player, syndicate, affiliate acting outside an authorised affiliate arrangement, or a person whose primary purpose in using the platform is to exploit bonus or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with ordinary recreational play.
• You have not previously had a gta99 account suspended, restricted or closed for a violation of these Terms, and you have not attempted to circumvent a prior suspension by registering a new account.

gta99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at account registration, before any withdrawal is processed, or when unusual activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on gta99. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. Where gta99 believes multiple accounts have been used to exploit promotions, gta99 reserves the right to reverse any associated transactions.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gta99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, store them in a browser on a shared or public device without taking appropriate precautions, or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gta99 support immediately via the email address provided in the footer of this site. gta99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials appropriately.

KYC and Identity Verification

gta99 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible platform operation. KYC verification may be triggered at account registration, upon a player's first withdrawal request, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or at any other time gta99 deems appropriate for fraud prevention and player protection purposes. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address or mobile number ownership in the name registered on the account. All documents submitted for KYC review are handled in accordance with the gta99 Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the gta99 platform — deposits and withdrawals — are processed exclusively through Bangladesh's domestic mobile financial services ecosystem. gta99 does not accept international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed as approved methods. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Depositing from accounts belonging to another person is prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — instant deposits and withdrawals. The mobile number linked to your bKash account must match the mobile number registered on your gta99 account.
• Nagad — instant deposits and same-day withdrawals. Operated in partnership with Bangladesh Post Office. Nagad account ownership must be verifiable in the name of the gta99 account holder.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — deposits and withdrawals available for holders of Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking accounts. Same name-matching requirement applies.
• Upay — deposits and withdrawals supported. Upay wallet registration name must match the gta99 account holder name exactly.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed on the same calendar day they are submitted, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and confirmation that the withdrawal amount does not include funds subject to an active wagering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. gta99 does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges. gta99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, network outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

gta99 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to terms and conditions specific to each promotion, which will be communicated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be subject to a rollover before any associated winnings can be transferred to the main wallet or withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Free spins are issued at a fixed stake value per spin as specified in the relevant promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited to the bonus wallet and are subject to the rollover requirement stated in the promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• gta99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to an active wagering requirement will remain available for the period originally stated.
• Winnings derived from bets placed using bonus funds where the staked amount exceeds the permitted maximum bonus bet stake — which will be stated per promotion — may be voided at gta99's discretion.

If you have an active wagering requirement and you submit a withdrawal request, gta99 will, by default, forfeit any remaining bonus balance in order to process the withdrawal of cleared real-money funds. You will be clearly notified of this before the withdrawal is confirmed. Alternatively, you may choose to continue meeting the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal — the choice is yours.

gta99 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Actions

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, exploit odds movements, or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with human manual play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — whether in live casino games, card games, or sports betting markets. Collusion includes but is not limited to chip-dumping, coordinated betting to exploit promotional structures, or sharing hole-card or dealer information in live games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, misconfigured odds, or any technical malfunction of the platform to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings arising from a technical error are void and gta99 reserves the right to correct account balances accordingly.
• Attempting to launder money through the gta99 platform, including structured depositing and withdrawal patterns designed to obscure the origin of funds. gta99 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions where required.

gta99 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, gta99 will take such action as it deems proportionate to the nature and severity of the conduct, up to and including permanent account closure, full forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

gta99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, the one-account-per-player rule, the prohibited conduct provisions, or the payment method name-matching requirement.
• The account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by gta99 following a verification request.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. gta99 will provide advance notice before closing an inactive account and will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance to the account holder via their registered payment method before closure.
• gta99 is required to do so by any applicable legal obligation, regulatory direction or court order, or where continuing to operate the account would expose gta99 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as prolonged inactivity or a voluntary closure request from the account holder — any cleared real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

gta99 is committed to responsible gaming and to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. All players have access to the following self-management tools directly from their account settings at any time after login, without needing to contact support: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion results in immediate suspension of account access for the period elected by the player — the minimum self-exclusion period is seven (7) days and the maximum is a permanent exclusion with no re-registration permitted.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, upload, store or transmit any content from the gta99 platform without the express prior written permission of gta99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gta99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the gta99 platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity interruptions, delays in processing deposits or withdrawals, game malfunctions, or any third-party service provider failures. gta99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gta99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where gta99's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gta99 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gta99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — gta99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered account holders via the contact details held on their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the gta99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and, if you wish, close your account and withdraw any cleared balance before the amendment takes effect. The date shown in the "Last updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms became effective.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and gta99, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may raise a dispute by contacting gta99 support via the email address provided in the footer of this site. gta99 will acknowledge your dispute within five (5) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days of acknowledgement. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial contact, either party may pursue resolution through applicable formal legal channels.
